Diy8Programmer在ch347编程器上有时识别不到id问题，bug已解决
在ch347编程器上在除了nor系列外的其他系列有时识别不到id问题这个主要是菜单上有设置编程器速度选项，但是代码上有些功能项没有设置导致spispeed数值可能随机导致，而且大多数是无效值
